🏛️ APL — personalised housing benefit
Applies to certain approved (conventionné) homes. The amount depends on your income and household.
🏠 ALS — social housing allowance
For non-approved homes. Open to all students, subject to income. Often equivalent to APL.

Yes. Depending on the home, you may receive APL or ALS housing benefit from the CAF. The allowance can reach up to €200 per month depending on your situation.

The best availability is between June and August. The most sought-after studios (small units close to the campuses) go quickly once the baccalauréat and Parcoursup results are out. Contact Begip as early as possible to secure a home for September.
