Living near the Faculty of Law and Economics
The Faculty of Law and Economics of Limoges (5 rue Félix Eboué) is right in the city centre, a stone's throw from the town hall, the Bénédictins railway station and the main shopping streets. That's a real advantage: unlike the science or health campuses, here the best place to live is also the most central.
For a student in a law degree, in economics-management, in AES or in the IPAG's Public Administration degree, a city-centre studio means everything on foot: lectures in the morning, the library in the afternoon, shops and student life in the evening — no car, no transport pass. Begip, a Limoges agency for over 35 years, manages many studios in this exact area, often the most affordable in town.
Why live in the centre when you study law

The Limoges Law & Economics School
Part of the University of Limoges, the faculty offers Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral programmes in private law, public law, economics and management. It is well known for its Master's in International and Comparative Environmental Law, recognised across Europe, as well as its public-law tracks.
In the same area, the IPAG (Institute for General Administration Preparation) runs the Public Administration degree and prepares students for civil-service competitive exams. Economics-management students will also find the nearby IAE — University Business School (see our IAE housing page).
